Tom Zupan
Tom Zupan began Zupan Building Contractors 35 years ago with an 1800 square foot cape on Eli Chapman Road in East Haddam. Since then, Zupan Building has built small beach cottages to multi-building estates, from the Connecticut Shoreline all the way to Trinidad, but one thing always rings true on every project: trust and communication with the client are the keys to success. When asked how new clients find out about Zupan he says, “Mostly by word of mouth. The quality of our work and the ability to finish projects on time are what clients talk about the most. Nothing beats that kind of recommendation.” Tom has also extended his services to the aerospace industry, leading site changes and construction builds in the aerospace arena.

Zach Zupan
Zach has been part of the family business from the age of twelve, and formally joined his father in 2007, managing the construction of a house in Madison. Zach is OSHA 30 certified, with a Bachelor's in Construction Management. Zach has extended his experience with construction into the Aerospace industry and has been successful in overseeing various businesses and leading numerous site changes to best suit the needs of the business. The Zupan decades-old legacy is now a part of the aerospace manufacturing and commercial construction!
